The Pensacola Bay Area Convention and Visitors Bureau officially went live with NMG's Destination Business System this Tuesday, June 1st, and has been successfully implementing their new platform capabilities. "We are very excited about the CRM going live, especially because we’ll have the Ad Hoc reporting tool, which will enable us to view our business in a 360 approach,” says Ed Schroeder, Executive Director at the PBACVB.

New Orleans Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau Selects New Media Gateway

New Media Gateway (NMG) is proud to announce the addition of its newest client, the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau (NOMCVB). NMG initially had engaged the NOMCVB by introducing its popular Interactive 3D Tour offering; however, it was the Web-based Bid Book Generator that really sparked their interest.

After learning that NMG had experience integrating the Bid Book Generator with other CRM’s, such as D3000, the NOMCVB knew it would be a smooth and easy addition to their platform. The CVB expects this investment will enable their sales and service staff to produce more relevant and personalized RFP responses in a fraction of the time, helping them to gain a competitive advantage amongst the industry.

In addition to purchasing NMG’s coveted Bid Book Generator, the NOMCVB has opted to utilize several other services as well. NMG will be designing out a bid response template in accordance with New Orleans brand standards, as well as assisting them in the integration and configuring of their system and uploading their marketing collateral library.
