David E. Whitney
President, Hospitality Division
A recognized leader in the meetings and hospitality industry, Mr. Whitney brings more than 30 years of sales and leadership experience to New Media Gateway. He recently served as President & CEO of the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Dave left behind his 13-year position with the Dallas CVB to turn toward an interest in sales automation, hospitality software and hospitality services, joining New Media Gateway to help lead the charge in the Hospitality Division.
For the past 30 years, Dave has maintained an active leadership role in sales and marketing, sitting on the boards of many professional organizations, including the International Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus and chairing the Dallas Fort Worth Regional Sports Commission.
He regularly speaks at industry trade shows and is consistently sought as a consultant and speaker by meeting professionals and organizations.
Dave Whitney has been an integral part of assisting NMG in tailoring its sales and marketing technology offerings specifically into hospitality software and hospitality service offerings to assist destination marketers in their ever-increasing competitive landscape.
